Richard Baxter

Based in Leigh-on-Sea in Essex - London's nearest beach - Richard's mugs have something of the eighteenth century coffee house about them, a pleasing combination of the folky everyday terracotta with a rich glaze inside and a simple yet smart slipware glaze outside.

Richard is much in demand as a potter and recent commissions include work for the Bradley collection which is sold through John Lewis and for Stella McCartney Ltd in Paris.
